Why I'm Selling
Visit PushButtonAI.comWhy I'm selling
The honest version. A profitable platform going up for sale always raises the question — so here's the straight answer. Nothing's wrong with the product; the timing is about me, not it.
I spent 15+ years renting CRMs — paying per seat, every month, for software built for the sales demo instead of the actual workflow. So I built my own, ran my agency on it, and licensed it to other operators for 21 months. It works: $260K+ in sales on roughly $120 a month in running costs.
Then two things changed at once.
First, AI got good enough that one operator can now extend, rebrand, and run software like this without a development team — the AI Developer that ships with it does most of that work. Second, I moved full-time into AI consulting at PushButtonAI, which is where my attention goes now. Being a SaaS landlord for a CRM is no longer the business I want to run.
Running this as a venture would mean enterprise sales cycles and a support org I'm not interested in building. Selling the whole thing once, to a single owner, is the clean version: you get full source and full rights — including resale — and past the 30-day code warranty, neither of us owes the other anything. A platform that already makes money goes to one person who'll actually run it.
What you should look at before buying
The demo videos walk through the product running, and the income page shows the revenue, verified against bank and Stripe statements. Want to see the architecture or ask technical questions? Book a 20-minute call and I'll show you whatever you want to see.
What you get
The full source, the install documentation, the database, the AI Developer agent, the mobile app source, and access to the same private repo my team works in — with full rights, including resale. Hand-installation, white-glove onboarding, and ongoing support can be arranged separately if you want them. We'll cover terms on a call.
