Why I'm Selling
Visit PushButtonAI.comWhy I'm selling
The honest version. A proven, profitable platform going up for sale always raises the question — so here's the real answer. It's a wealth-preservation move, not a distressed one.
I built this CRM to run my own agency, then licensed it to other operators for 21 months. It works — $260K+ in sales, and between the agency it powered and the licenses it sold, I've earned back my original $400K build cost more than four times over. The product is not the reason it's for sale.
Here's the actual reason.
This year one of my other ventures had a very large income event — a windfall that comes with a massive capital-gains tax bill if I don't offset it. I'm moving into semi-retirement and focusing on consulting, so I'd rather sell this roughly $250K asset and book a development loss than cut a giant check to the IRS.
That's the whole story. It's wealth preservation, not desperation — which is exactly why this has to be an arm's-length sale to a buyer I have no prior relationship with. Selling to a friend or a related party wouldn't accomplish what I need it to. So a platform that already makes money goes to a single new owner, on a timeline set by tax math instead of the product's value.
For me, the next chapter is PushButtonAI and consulting — not managing a software product. So the source, the mobile apps, the database, and the AI Developer go to one owner who'll actually run them.
What you should look at before buying
